Refund Policy

At EESAA Product Development, every service is customized specifically for each client. Due to the professional time, research, strategy, and planning that begin immediately after purchase, all service fees are non-refundable.


No Refunds

All purchases are final.

Once payment has been received and work has commenced, refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges will not be issued.


Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a consultation by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment.


Missed Appointments

Add this section between Rescheduling and Client Responsibility:

Missed Appointments

If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the appointment will be considered forfeited and is not eligible for a refund. A new appointment will require the purchase of a new consultation unless otherwise approved by EESAA Product Development.


Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project information.
  • Responding to requests in a timely manner.
  • Attending scheduled consultations.
  • Reviewing and approving project materials when requested.

Delays in communication or failure to participate may affect project timelines.
