Services

EESAA Product Development provides professional consulting services related to beauty, wellness, skincare, haircare, product development, branding, packaging, formulation guidance, launch strategy, and related business consulting.

All services are customized to each client's individual needs.

Payment Terms

Payment is required before service begins unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the customized nature of our consulting services and the immediate investment of professional time and expertise, all purchases are non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding their project.
Respond to requests for information in a timely manner.
Attend scheduled consultations.
Review project materials and provide feedback when requested.
Make business decisions based on their own independent judgment.

Project delays resulting from lack of communication or missing information may extend project timelines.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All educational materials, templates, guides, presentations, and proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of EESAA Product Development.
Clients may use deliverables created specifically for their own business.
Clients may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or teach EESAA Product Development materials without written permission.

Confidentiality

All client information shared during consultations and throughout the development process will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with the client's permission.

Limitation of Liability

EESAA Product Development provides professional guidance, recommendations, and consulting based on industry knowledge and experience.

We do not guarantee specific business results, product sales, regulatory approvals, or commercial success.

Clients remain solely responsible for business decisions, product testing, regulatory compliance, manufacturing decisions, labeling compliance, and market performance.

Appointment Policy

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled consultations.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Missed appointments without prior notice may be forfeited.

Changes to Services

Project scope, timelines, and deliverables may be modified only through mutual written agreement.

Additional work outside the original scope may require additional fees.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States.

EESAA Product Development reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
